The digital bathroom / Interact
Accor Hotels wants to say goodbye to ordinary hotel bathrooms by transforming them with new digital technologies!
Guests know that most hotel bathrooms follow a fairly predictable pattern in terms of design and options, and are accustomed to seeing the same kinds of facilities no matter where they go. We can change all that! Let's upgrade them with something cool without spending a huge amount of money or impacting other systems. Our goal is to evoke emotions as part of the hotel bathroom experience via digital solutions so that guests can encounter the unexpected. How can we personalize this space with new digital technologies?
This session focuses on INTERACTION. How can we, as customers, interact with different elements in our bathroom (mirrors, scale, etc.) for information, entertainment, health, daily routines, and in other surprising ways? We’re very excited to see what you create!
