About Auburn Hackathon

This is the first Hackathon organized by students of Auburn University on February 2, 2019!

Computer Science & Software Engineering, which is situated at the Auburn University in USA, is aimed to popularize technical innovation, outstanding students’ skills and potential. As a partner of Major League Hacking (MLH) for the first time, they are eager to attract the best students from each an every USA University.

The programming contest starts on Feb 2, 2019 and will last 24 hours! During the Auburn Hackathon participants will have chance to learn how to think outside of the box. They need to forget about all the limits while building something incredible.

What should I bring to Auburn Hacks?

The most necessary thing during hackathon is computer! Bring with you all suff you need to code. And don't worry about food and drinks. We will provide it, so you can stay focused on coding for whole day long.

What will the prompt be?

We'll announce the hacking challenges when the programming event starts. Rest assured, we will have many different challenges to tackle, so if one doesn't capture your interest or skill level, you can try your hand at something else. If you want to know more, check it out here!

How to participate in Auburn Hacks 2019?

  1. Fill out the registration form to participate in this coding contest!
  2. Bring your team or apply solo (team formation is provided at the beginning of the event) to the first Auburn Hackathon!
  3. Attend Auburn Hacks at the Auburn University on February 2, 2019 and present your idea!
  4. Build your amazing project during Auburn Hack and win awesome prizes!
