For the first time in Bulgaria, as part of JobTiger's Career Days: IT, Communications and Outsourcing 2023 we invite you to the Bulgarian - Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum!

When: 14 October 2023

Where: Sofia, Hotel Marinela, Halls Sofia & Kyoto

The Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has selected several of the top tech companies. Their representatives will come to Bulgaria to meet amazing local talent. It's an unique opportunity to get to know leading Japanese entrepreneurs, talk about working with them & what the job market is like there, and to win a trip to Japan!

Why is it worth joining the event?

1. Join engaging discussions about the Japanese career opportunities

The whole event will be opened by interesting speeches given by special guests (including Ambassador of Japan to Bulgaria - Narahira Hiroshi). Beyond the conference part, the job fair presents a unique opportunity to interact directly with delegates from top Japanese companies. This face-to-face interaction is an ideal setting for detailed discussions about potential collaborations.

During the discussion panel, we will talk about:

  • how the Japanese job market looks and changes, how is it to work in Japanese companies and other interesting insights on the job market in Japan.
  • what are the trends and talent on the labor market in the CEE region, how to work with remote developers and more.

2. Solve a 15 min coding challenge and win a trip to Japan!

Bring your laptop or smartphone, join the 15 min coding challenge and win a round trip ticket to Japan:

  • return flight from Sofia to Tokyo
  • date of your choice (return travel has to be completed by 31 October 2024).

3. Network with leading Japanese technology companies

Gaming, robotics, power engineering, artificial intelligence - these are just a few of the interesting sectors in which Japanese companies offer great career opportunities. Bulgarian - Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum is a great chance for valuable networking and meeting like-minded people and young tech talent.

Registering for the Bulgarian - Japanese Tech Job Fair & Forum does not require mandatory participation in the coding challenge. Registrants are welcome to meet with companies at any time during the event.
