Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional Web Development experience;
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Python, JSON;
- Knowledge of Django or Mako or Jinja;
- Experience working with HTML;
- Experience working with Hubl, HubDB or other templating engines on HubSpot will be an asset;
- High communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Effective time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Openness to learning new platforms;
- Personal desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing back-end web code – writing clean, semantic code at all times;
- Leveraging the HubSpot API and other APIs to build integrations between platforms;
- Developing new website pages;
- Maintaining and improving our websites;
- Developing landing pages, emails, and other reusable templates;
- Working with front-end developers to review and ensure the feasibility of website designs;
- Contributing to the creation of internal libraries, reusable resources, and processes;
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the performance of our websites.
