Job description

Are you looking for your first job in the sales area? We are looking for a passionate person who wants to support us in daily sales of our modern HR-tech SaaS platform. As a Junior Sales Specialist in ChallengeRocket you will join our Sales Department. The primary goal of your position is daily active acquisition of new customers in telesales model.Within the role you will work closely with our experienced Sales Manager. You will receive full onboarding and mentoring for your new role.

Our team has already been involved in global projects with companies in Europe, Japan and the United States, including IBM, E&Y, AccorHotels and NVIDIA. We provided these companies with innovative solutions to ensure they conduct more effective recruitment campaigns and acquire candidates matched by our AI-based systems. Responsibilities

  • active, daily sales of the Saas product for customers from the B2B segment- you will call directly to people from HR departments of top brands from Poland and abroad- HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruites,
  • conducting market research and preparing databases of prospective customers,
  • reporting sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements and qualifications

  • motivation to start your career path in sales department,
  • fluent English (min. B2 level),
  • strong focus on achieving goals,
  • positive attitude to everyday challenges- it’s a must! ;)
  • outstanding communication skills, 
  • strong teamwork skills, 
  • we will greatly appreciate your first experiences in the B2B sales area (ideally in products dedicated to HR departments).
