Job description
Leocode is an ever-growing software company who currently employs around 100 IT enthusiasts. The principal areas of our interest are (largely and ), on and Blockchain.
- Projects overview: We work for both international and Polish clients. We are proud of about 100 successfully completed projects and try our best to reach the most demanding customers from the technical point of view. Your job will be to either develop new products from scratch, maintain them, or add some functionality to existing products.
- Offices location: Katowice/Gdynia/Szczecin
- Remote work: even 100%
- Remuneration: 90 - 120 PLN net/hourly B2B (we are flexible about the type of employment, although we prefer B2B, we are open to also offer UoP if it is required)
- Project language: Polish/English (min. B2 level for comfortable communication with potential clients)
- Contract length: indefinite

Responsibilities
You will be:
- Developing new backend features
- Conducting code reviews
- Propose new ideas, perform feasibility analysis and scope the work
- Cooperating with a client to refine the requirements
- Be a supportive team member and leader
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of commercial experience in Node.js
- Have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (B2+)
- Have experience in communication with international clients (especially commercial projects)
- Know how to write unit tests
- Know how to write ES6/Typescript
- Know how to use GIT
Nice to have:
- Experience in React.js and React Native
Soft skills:
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to negotiate and substantiate your opinion
- Understanding the business side of the project
