Project details:
- Legal tech project (application using by lawyers)

About the offer:
- Work: Remotely or in our office (Katowice/Gdynia/Szczecin)
- Remuneration: 120 – 160 PLN net/hourly B2B. We are flexible about the type of employment, although we prefer B2B. We are also open to offering UoP if it is required.

Responsibilities
You will be:
- Developing and maintaining a common mindset to implement DevSecOps principles where people take ownership of the entire service and not just limited to code development and deployment
- Using modern cloud-based services, proactive monitoring, and relevant open source frameworks and tools that deliver high-quality services and attract talent to the teams
- Using both the Polish and English languages (minimum of B2 level in English)
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Ruby on Rails
- Minimum 1 year of experience in using Ruby on Rails 6
- Experience of Agile, full life cycle development, and being part of a full-stack development team
- Critical fluency in English
- Familiarity with building APIs
- Knowledge of GIT, HAML, and building of simple UI screens (for internal use only)
- Experience of AWS and DevOps will be an enormous advantage
- Good triage/defect fix skills in the wider code base
