Job description
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be a critical part of the Innovation Consulting Team that helps our customers shape their digital products and processes. This is a thrilling and demanding opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with both startups and global brands. In your role, you will be facing both greenfield projects that start from an idea and already established solutions in a corporate environment that require innovation. This is a customer-facing role that content-wise is a position that guarantees a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities
- End to end product discovery process lifecycle coordination.
- Planning and conducting product discovery workshops with clients.
- Planning and conducting workshops (stationary and remote).
- Planning and conducting user research (interviews, research experiments, etc.).
- Collaborating with graphic designers and developers in prototyping and testing solutions.
- Analysing, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Improving our internal workflow and methods, as well as educating other team members.
Requirements and qualifications
Join us if you have
2+ years of experience as a Product discovery consultant or similar
Desired qualifications and skills:
- English C1
- Passion for user-centred design approaches and methodologies.
- Ability to challenge the status quo with facts and respect.
- Great communication, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience pitching complex concepts, ideas and solutions for products to different types of stakeholders.
- A knack for storytelling, inspiring others while framing complicated problems in simple terms.
Nice to have:
- Previous consulting experience.
- Good command of design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Miro, Lucidchart.
- A strong interest in business transformations, product innovation or project management.
- Experience in creating functional and non-functional specifications.
- Experience in Object-Oriented Modelling using basic UML diagrams.
- Experience in software cost/effort estimation.
