Job description

In this role, you will support an emerging product line within Broadridge. As we continue to invest in our Data and Analytics offering, you will have a direct impact on the expansion of one of our key growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with customers and product owners to gather and analyze customer requirements
  • Documenting solutions
  • Working with data using SQL
  • Visualizing data using various Business Intelligence Tools
  • Defining project scope
  • Supporting the execution of new client on-boarding activities and the implementation of solutions
  • Validating implemented solutions to ensure quality and conformance to customer requirements
  • Facilitating the transition of implemented solutions to technology
  • Crafting and maintaining project artifacts, documenting scope and key landmarks
  • 0 Creating integration testing plans
  • 1 Reviewing overall project progress with technology and business line teams
  • 2 Identifying and mitigating of risk for service delivery projects
  • 3 Delivering effort estimates
