You will meet clients from around the globe, guide and support them through the whole cooperation. You will also assure to have a happy and high performing team of engineers and provide every day support. You will take care of Agile process and the whole cycle of software development.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the work of our teams in a fully remote work environment.
  • Managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Communicating with customers around the globe.
  • Agreeing sprint scopes and priorities with Product Owners.
  • Time and budget management - staying on schedule and in defined budget.
  • Taking care of project teams members: motivating, coaching and daily support.
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction across multiple touchpoints.
  • Ensuring successful execution of projects from the beginning to customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching team members and clients in Agile approach.
  • 0 Making an impact on internal processes and company improvements.
  • 1 Daily cooperation with the Project Managers, Management, Sales, Head of Development, HR, Office team
