Job description

Our Client has entered the next exciting phase of further developing and optimizing how he engage his clients through the Trading Platforms, which are the clients' main products. To further strengthen the Digital Development and UX team and shift clients' digital user experience to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • You will report to the head of Digital Development.
  • Working with clients' enterprise CMS system (Sitecore).
  • Participating in daily SCRUM meetings with teammates Globally
  • Maintaining, enhancing our solutions in accordance with the global web and platforms UX strategy.
  • Working with stakeholders across the organization globally.
  • Clearly communicating with the head of the team and your colleagues.
  • Ensuring that any potential risks for delivery are communicated in a timely manner.
  • Discovering, diagnosing and reporting product issues including broken designs, typos etc.
  • Day to day technical/configuration queries from our clients and colleagues.
  • 0 Transition from on boarding to hyper care, training the clients directly in using clients' tools.
  • 1 Assisting our Platforms and Trade & Client Support teams in the technical on-boarding.
  • 2 Responsible for platform configuration for local clients' offices.
  • 3 Being hands-on, and the subject matter expert on clients' Content Management processes.
  • 4 Quality assurance test clients' new projects & release related changes.
