Job description

We are seeking a QA Engineer with 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role for mobile and web. You will be a member of an experienced agile/Scrum self-organising development team working in an exciting growth area with a strong commercial focus.

Responsibilities

  • Test newly developed software, existing software upgrades and deployments
  • Ensure quality is maintained to the highest standard
  • Raise and manage any defects identified throughout the software development life cycle
  • Work closely with Engineering and Support teams to resolve issues that arise during testing
  • Design, develop and execute manual software test scripts
  • Develop and implement functional, non-functional and regression tests
  • Exploratory testing a multitude of different applications
  • Cross device and cross browser testing
  • Identify components suitable for test automation
  • 0 Attend daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, showcase and retrospective meetings
  • 1 Create and update documentation
  • 2 Analyse requirements and identify risks
  • 3 Work on own initiative to tight deadlines
