KYP.ai creates plug-and-play cloud Saas software helping customers to rapidly understand their abstract processes and how these balance with people and technology dimensions.

 

We are a start-up/scale-up company built by experts amazed by process mining, digital transformation, and ultimately the potential of AI/ML.  

 



Responsibilities

 What can you do with us?

  • Co-create release and deployment plans, and communicate their details and resulting schedules to different internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with different in-house teams, namely Development, Deployment, Product and Customer Success so as to foster improved work coordination
  • Ensure efficient deployment and execution of release plans for multiple customers
  • Coordinate the preparation of sales and compliance documentation
  • Partner daily with key players, specifically Chief Developer and Chief Technology Officer, making sure “things happen” as per plan
  • Identify, manage, report, escalate and help mitigating project risks


Requirements and qualifications

What should you bring to KYP.ai?

  • Relevant experience within IT (e.g. Technical Project Manager, Release Coordinator)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated hands-on planning and execution skills
  • Confidence in working with project management tools such as YouTrack
  • Knowledge if TeamCity, Git and Confluence or similar tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish
  • Can-do attitude
  • Focus on self-development
  • Process mining and/or SaaS software industry experience is a plus
