Job description

Our Client is an Austrian startup that creates print products by using AI. Currently, they are developing 2 new apps and constantly building new functionalities.

Responsibilities

-> To implement new features for backend and layouting algorithms using Scala;

-> To work closely with CTO, extended developer team (backend, web frontend and mobile) and product managers;

-> To design and develop new features during team sessions (Agile methodology, sprint every 2 weeks);

-> To give and receive feedback, criticise constructively and improve through feedback from your peers.

Requirements and qualifications

-> University degree in Computer Science or similar (Non-EU candidates should have a degree in Computer Science which is required to apply for an Austrian work permit);

-> 3+ years of experience in functional programming (Java or Scala);

-> Experience in automate testing and deployment processes;

-> Strong communication and presentation skills;

-> Fluency in English.
