Job description
Develop the next generation of CyberSecurity platform for a large investment bank!
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be assigned to our Client – the most recognized Investment Banks in the world. You will join the Tech Risk Engineering team to protect the Bank against hackers and other cyber threats. The team is responsible for detecting and preventing attempted cyber intrusions, helping the firm develop more secure applications and infrastructure, measuring cybersecurity risk, and designing and driving the implementation of cybersecurity controls. Tech Risk Engineering creates targeted solutions to solve thematic control gaps across the firm.

Responsibilities
- Create a new CyberSecurity platform
- Focus on building out the technology roadmap, mainly the Risk Treatment platform
- Develop innovative solutions using cutting edge technologies to ensure maximum security
- Work closely with business teams to define plans and solutions to provide a stable, agile platform
- Identify and curate technology data
- Provide technology solutions in the threat management space
- Drive real-time response processes to meet regulatory and management requirements
- Be proactive and ensure the software developed by the Team remains compliant with prescribed best practices
Requirements and qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in Java development
- Experience with ReactJS
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented design and analysis
- Solid understanding of core Java concepts, common APIs and design patterns
- Experience of test-driven development, hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Junit and a sound understanding of SDLC process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable history of successful project delivery
- Experience of using Java libraries: Spring; JUnit, Mockito; Jackson
- RDBMS experience: SQL programming
- Web services development: RESTful APIs; Swagger; Jersey
- Fluent English skills
