Job description
In this position you will:
• Manage business critical services in accordance with the IPF Service Delivery Processes
• Work with the Market IT teams on Service Management matters to deliver consistent and integrated systems related to services across all markets
• Ensure that service improvements and optimisation activities for services are identified and delivered to reduce unplanned IT outages / negative business impact
• Manage Service Transition Process for projects within aligned services
• Design associated Support Model for new services, obtaining relevant approvals from stakeholders, ensuring smooth transition into BAU
• Be responsible for ensuring service related suppliers meet contractual obligations, working in conjunction with the contract management team
• Drive the suppliers to make sure they're working effectively together to resolve all issues

Requirements and qualifications
You only need to:
• Have a degree education
• Have IT service delivery know-how and be strongly experienced in managing this area
• Have excellent knowledge of ITIL Service Management Processes and Functions
• Good knowledge of ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Speak and write fluent English
• Be capable of exerting strong influence on your colleagues and managing relationships
• Have excellent analytical skills and be solution oriented
• Be ready to go on business trips
