Job description
About us
We’re a Warsaw-based team building an analytics platform (usesublime.io) that is powering top Direct-to-Consumer companies in Poland and US. At the heart of our mission is a simple belief: data work should empower, not hinder, the growth of consumer brands.
We simplify the complex processes of data collection, cleaning, and visualisation, offering our clients a crystal-clear view of their operations to foster informed, data-driven decisions. As one of our clients beautifully put it, "Where I think you really stand out personally is the answering of questions that management needs answers to but have no idea how to answer them".
Having launched recently and witnessed rapid growth, we're now a trusted partner for leading brands such as YourKaya, Maczfit, PsiBufet, Kyte and many others. We transform data into decisions, aiding companies in saving time, boosting profits, and building stronger brands.
About the project
Join our close-knit team in revolutionising how Direct-to-Consumer companies use data. As a Web Analyst, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining the tracking architecture of our clients, helping them build and maintain their web & traffic data. Having consistent, complete, and accurate data is the foundation of our analytical platform.
Help us empower clients by simplifying data processes and fostering data-driven decisions, ultimately boosting their growth and success.

- Develop and maintain the tracking architecture to ensure the collection of consistent, complete, and accurate traffic data.
- Operate on cutting-edge analytics tools including Google BigQuery, Segment.io, Appsflyer, Branch, and Firebase.
- Solve complex tracking problems on both web and app platforms.
- Deliver meaningful business insights and recommendations based on an in-depth understanding of e-commerce data and business models from web, sales, and CRM data.
Requirements and qualifications
We're looking for Someone who has:
- Proficiency in web/app tracking architecture (e.g., cookies, pixels, UTM tagging).
- Between 5-8 years of professional experience in using GTM & GA.
- Familiarity with GTM Server Side configuration and maintenance.
- At least 1 year of experience working with consent management systems (e.g., Cookiebot, CookieYes, Usercentrics).
- Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the knack for demystifying technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Passion for exploring data and uncovering hidden truths.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Google BigQuery and GA4 raw data streaming.
- Experience with MMPs (e.g., Firebase, Appsflyer, Branch, or others).
- Experience with Segment.io.
- Knowledge of web development (CSS and JavaScript).
We would like to offer you:
- Exposure to the forefront of web analytics and data engineering technologies.
- A vibrant startup atmosphere paired with a commitment to work-life balance, avoiding the all-too-common startup burnout.
- 15 000 - 18 000 zł salary (B2B), based on experience, with other forms of contract available.
- A hybrid working model and flexible hours to accommodate your personal and professional life.
- A close-knit team environment free from bureaucracy, where your contributions are valued and your voice is heard.
