Competition Rules
§ 1 [Preliminary Provisions]
- These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") define the terms and procedures for conducting the competition titled – Accenture Career Challenge - German speakers (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), organized by Accenture Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-121) at Sienna Street 39, REGON: 010360920, NIP: 5260015900, KRS: 0000019271 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- The Competition is organized through the ChallengeRocket Platform in an online format and will take place from 24.03 to 25.05.2025.
- Participation in the Competition is only possible for users of the ChallengeRocket Platform who accept the terms and conditions of these Rules.
§ 2 [Conditions for Participation in the Competition]
- The Competition is intended for individuals who, at the time of registering for the Competition, meet the following conditions: are at least 18 years old, reside in the territory of the Republic of Poland, have full legal capacity, have read and accepted the terms of these Rules, and have no commercial experience in the field of programming.
- Employees of the Organizer and their close family members (for the purposes of these Rules, "close family members" refer to: ascendants, descendants, siblings, siblings' spouses, parents of spouses, relatives in the collateral line up to the first degree, and persons related by adoption or affinity) are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
- Participation in the Competition is free and voluntary.
- To participate, it is necessary to fill out the appropriate registration form via the Platform.
- Participation in the Competition is individual; participants must register for the competition in their own name.
§ 3 [Competition Rules]
- The Challenge consists of two paths, each containing tasks that assess knowledge of the German language. Participation in both paths is allowed, but each can be attempted only once. The tasks are posted on the ChallengeRocket platform, accessible at the competition page: challengerocket.com/accenture-challenge-german.
- Participants who attempt to register for the Competition with multiple accounts or attempt the task in one path more than once will be disqualified.
- In the event of a violation of the provisions of these Rules or applicable laws by the Participant, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant from the Competition.
§ 4 [Intellectual Property Rights to the Competition Work]
- The intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the works and creations made during the Competition remain with the Participants.
- The Participant declares and guarantees that the Competition Work is their exclusive authorship and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. The Participant also assumes full and unlimited responsibility for any claims made by third parties against the Organizer related to the Competition Work, including claims arising from the Participant’s business or professional activities based on the Competition Work.
- The Participant grants the Organizer permission to use photographs, screenshots, and other materials showing the Participants' image, the platform page, or other elements related to the Competition for internal and promotional purposes of the Organizer.
§ 5 [Personal Data Processing]
- The Administrator of the Participants' personal data, as per Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), collected during the registration for the Competition and during the Competition, is the Organizer.
- The personal data of the Participants will be processed for the purpose of registering for the Competition, conducting the Competition, selecting the winners, and awarding prizes as provided for in these Rules.
- The Organizer, based on a legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), may process data during and after the Competition to directly offer the Participant cooperation terms.
- The Participants' data may be available to entities assisting the Organizer in conducting the Competition.
- The provision of personal data by the Participant is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition due to its nature and how it is conducted.
- The Participants' data will only be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Competition and its implementation.
- The Organizer ensures that Participants can exercise their rights regarding the processing of personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, file a complaint with a supervisory authority, and withdraw consent for processing at any time, to the extent that processing is based on the Participant's consent.

§ 6 [Final Provisions]
- The rules of the Competition are defined by these Rules. Any information about the Competition available in promotional materials is for informational purposes only. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Copyright and Related Rights Act shall apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules if necessary due to important reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
- The Organizer will inform the Participant about changes to the Rules electronically and will place the amended Rules on the Competition page.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any material or non-material damage caused by the Participant as a result of participating in the Competition or due to the allocation or non-allocation of the Prize. The Participant is fully responsible for any damage caused.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or remove content that violates universally accepted legal principles during the Competition and to terminate the public voting process.
- The Participant may submit objections regarding the Competition.
- Complaints can be submitted via office@challengerocket.com.
- Complaints concerning the ChallengeRocket Platform should be directed to the platform operator in accordance with the platform's terms of use.
- Complaints will be addressed promptly. If it is impossible to resolve the complaint within the specified period, the Organizer will inform the complainant, providing the reason for the extension and the expected time for a response.
