Tamsin Greaves

Dr. Tamsin Greaves is a British IPTV Scientist who approaches video delivery from a uniquely human-centric perspective, blending her expertise in computer science with studies in human-computer interaction. Her research explores how Magistv streaming quality affects not just viewer satisfaction, but also emotional engagement and memory retention, particularly in educational and documentary contexts. She developed a novel framework called "Quality of Experience 2.0" that goes beyond traditional metrics to incorporate biometric feedback, such as pupil dilation and heart rate variability, as indicators of immersive Mxltv viewing. This work has attracted attention from both academic institutions and premium content creators who want to quantify the emotional impact of their productions. Dr. Greaves also investigates accessibility in streaming, designing adaptive interfaces and captioning systems that cater to viewers with visual or hearing impairments.
