🎫 REGISTRATIONHackYeah is a stationary event and you need a ticket to participate. Register HERE. Registration on the spot starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday. Remember to prepare your electronic ticket in advance as you will need it to check in for the event. You will get a badge. Remember to not lose it and keep it with you at all times - it allows you to move freely around the venue. The registration booths - opening hours: Saturday: 8:30 AM - 6 PM Sunday: 9 AM - 1 PM |
🏟️ VENUEStanisława Lema 7, 31-571 Kraków, Poland Entrance from Lema Street. Parking for participants (Above Ground and Underground) Parking is charged at 20 PLN per day. Cars can be left overnight at no additional charge, and the total amount payable upon departure (for two days) will be 40 PLN. The fee is calculated per entry. A parking ticket is collected upon entry and must be paid at the ticket office located in the parking lot before leaving (MORE). With your badge, you can enter and leave the Tauron Arena whenever you want. |
🤝 FINDING A TEAMIf you don't have a team, you can use dedicated Discord channels to help you create a team. We also scheduled some time for face-to-face teambuilding sessions! Come on Saturday morning (9.30 AM) to the Chillout Zone. |

☕ FOOD AND DRINKS(for free) Coffee break is available in the Partner Zone. You'll also find some snacks there. On Saturday evening we treat you to free pizza. ⛺ ACCOMODATIONHERE you can find some Booking propositions. For those who want to have the full hackathon experience, we prepare space for you to rest and become refreshed. There will be bathrooms with showers and a resting zone on the spot. Don't forget to take a toothbrush, towel, and sleeping bag :) We also have some mattresses (first come, first served!) 💻 EQUIPMENTFor each participant we have prepared a table, chair, power and internet - both on WiFi and with cable (RJ45). Bring a computer (laptop or PC), an RJ45 adapter if needed, and any useful gear like headphones, mouse, keyboard, or an extra monitor. If you have a lot of gear, pack an extension cord—ours may run out. Remember, you're responsible for your equipment. Take it with you or leave it with a teammate when stepping away. We aren't liable for items left unattended. |
☑️ ANOTHER NEEDS?We try to make the hackathon space friendly and comfortable for everyone. That's why we've prepared some facilities that everyone can use: - quiet workspaces (floor 0), - resting zone (floor B), - restrooms (WC, showers) (floor 0), - medical point (floor 0), - prayer room (floor 0), - chillout zone (floor 0). If you cannot use the stairs, elevators will take you to each floor. We especially recommend elevator 13 - it will take you to all the most important places! |
