Job description

We are working on a cloud data protection project for our client, an American software company specializing in data protection and data management. We are working on two portals with microservices, whose main purpose is to manage backups on the client’s side.


Must have

  • REST
  • Linux
  • AWS
  • golang
  • CloudWatch
  • Elasticsearch

Nice to have

  • Docker
  • Kubernetes

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing large & complex features and/or architectural improvements to the product
  • Designing and implementing SoA (Service oriented Architecture) using REST based microservices
  • Suggesting and proposing solutions to complex design problem
  • Guiding Junior Engineers with feature design and implementation
  • Reviewing design and implementation done by Junior Engineers
  • Working with Data structures, Algorithms, Design Concepts
  • Working with AWS using EC2/ECS, AWS Lambdas, SQS/SNS, Cloudwatch, RDS, ElasticCache etc.
  • Participating in the requirement discussion meetings and providing feedback on inconsistencies
  • Working with Agile teams
