We're looking for creative Content Marketing Specialist who would be responsible to educate, enlighten, and keep our audience interested in our platfom & recruitment approach. And by the way our Talent Hiring & Assessment approch is pretty unique and opens up a lot of possibilities for creative story telling.

We're allowing candidates to highlight their amazing skills via Online Challenges, get objective assessment and get a job with top hiring companies. Faster.
Companies use our platform to:
✅ Pro-actively reach both active and passive candidates with their employer branding message & interactive challenge content
✅ Get better understanding of candidate skills beyond traditional resumes

✅ Creating relevant content related to your brand and clients recruitment marketing campaigns that run on ChallengeRocket
✅ Cooperating with freelancers to create the graphical/video content.
✅ Distributing content across multiple media platforms (social media, Fb, LinkedIn, Quora, Youtube)
- Engaging with the target audience in a way that is meaningful to them
✅ Increase brand awareness
✅ Generate sales leads
✅ Increase brand follower
Requirements and qualifications
✅ Creativity. We'd love if you're talented "digital story-teller"
✅ Ability to design valuable and interesting content that connects with a targeted audience (companies hiring talent with digital skills, candidates).
✅ Ability to write original blog posts, social media posts and emails with value-driven content targeted to users in b2b and b2c channels
✅ Ability to use tools like quora.com to find out what questions your audience is asking and develop content to answer those questions
✅ Understanding of various Social Media and ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms
✅ Ability to work with English language (written form)
✅ Being intensely goal and plan driven.
✅ Being curious learner
✅ Understand marketing automation & sales enablement workflows.

Our Hiring Process
1. Online Application with CV + Pre-hire Recruitment Challenge

Once you submit your resume you will be asked to answer 3 questions.
2. Phone Screen
We will contact you to ask a couple of questions that we might be missing from your resume, explain the entire process and hopefully arrange a time for the interview. This phone call lasts around 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Job Interview
Online or onsite. 60-75 minutes.
