Requirements and qualifications
✅ Ability to get in-depth understanding of the customer’s business to be able to communicate the value of the ChallengeRocket approach to both big and small organizations.
✅ Ability to use creative questioning to provoke critical thinking.
✅ Ability to interact comfortable with all levels of a customer’s organization
✅ Being intensely goal and plan driven.
✅ Being curious learner
✅ Ability to support customers to visualize the potential impact and value that ChallengeRocket solution will have on the organization.
✅ Experience in DACH market.

Our Hiring Process
1. Online Application with CV + Pre-hire Recruitment Challenge
This job opportunity is connected with the Online Challenge 🔥
It will help us to get better insights into your skills and potential.
Once you submit your resume you will be asked to answer 2 questions and submit one video/voice recording (up to 90sec).
2. Phone Screen
We will contact you to ask a couple of questions that we might be missing from your resume, explain the entire process and hopefully arrange a time for the interview. This phone call lasts around 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Job Interview
Online or onsite. 60-75 minutes.
