Job description
You will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of an industry leading tech stack that supports sales and marketing automation. You will be part of a cross-functional team to deliver smooth functioning of all applications within the local market and provide required first-hand support to the team E2E (SFA/CRM systems, Webshop, Marketo, Livechat, Chatbot, other tooling & Interfaces)
As a member of a team of highly motivated, skilled and experienced product owners, scrum masters, architects, engineers and business analysts, you will take joint responsibility in ensuring successful execution of the vision and roadmap for the development of UFS business applications in the local market.
Overall role purpose:
- Provide automated solutions and tools, to ensure continuous focus on execution of the business sales KPIs
- Adapt data processes and operations to support execution of business strategy on delegated countries level
- Continuously improve integrity of data, processes and flow of information in delegated countries
- Implement up-to-date data solutions across NEE (i.e. PowerBI)

Responsibilities
- Utilize programming skills to translate Data into Business Insights via data models using all online and offline data sources
- Utilize programming skills to automate current data processes and integrations.
- Own the process to integrate all (sales) data into the local data infrastructure & Data Storage
- Create data flows and data lakes within current infrastructure.
- Drive digital transformation through data related projects from both technology side and business acumen side
- Use data Storytelling methodology to identify gaps and opportunities whilst implementing and translating data trends into everyday execution
- Maintain, upgrade and protect data correctness as business fundamentals
- Negotiate quotas for new functionalities in existing systems
- Daily cooperation with data providers of business solutions (Absysco, Asseco, MDA, Albedo)
Requirements and qualifications
- Master Degree in econometrics/statistics/IT/economics
- Working experience in Data & Technology field
- Advanced programming skills (Python, R, VBA) – big data savvy
- Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, SQL or DAX)
- Experience in databases creation and data integration (DataLakes)
- Experience in BI platforms (PBI, Tableau), would be a benefit
- High presentation skills and ability to explain ideas easily
- Fluency in English
