[MID] Data & Technology Specialist

You will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of an industry leading tech stack that supports sales and marketing automation. You will be part of a cross-functional team to deliver smooth functioning of all applications within the local market and provide required first-hand support to the team E2E (SFA/CRM systems, Webshop, Marketo, Livechat, Chatbot, other tooling & Interfaces)

As a member of a team of highly motivated, skilled and experienced product owners, scrum masters, architects, engineers and business analysts, you will take joint responsibility in ensuring successful execution of the vision and roadmap for the development of UFS business applications in the local market.

Overall role purpose:

• Provide automated solutions and tools, to ensure continuous focus on execution of the business sales KPIs
• Adapt data processes and operations to support execution of business strategy on delegated countries level
• Continuously improve integrity of data, processes and flow of information in delegated countries
• Implement up-to-date data solutions across NEE (i.e. PowerBI)
