Dynatrace kicks off 2020 with ‘Best Places to Work’ award
We’re honored to start the New Year at Dynatrace with news that we’ve been recognized with another company culture award: “Best Places to Work in Boston”.
We’re honored to start out the New Year at Dynatrace with news that we’ve been recognized with another company culture award. On Monday, January 13, Built in Boston announced the winners of its 2020 “Best Places to Work in Boston” awards. Dynatrace placed 38th on their list.
This award validates the kind of thriving and innovative work culture Dynatrace has long prided itself on. As a company, we’re committed to pushing the envelope in our industry; constantly striving to reinvent ourselves to ensure what we offer our customers, partners, and employees is ahead of the curve and meets their needs.
This latest award reflects the hard-working, dedicated and passionate teams who make Dynatrace what it is – a company where everyone has a role to play to drive innovation and transform how Dynatrace helps its customers simplify enterprise cloud complexity and accelerate digital transformation.
Building on our 2019 recognition
What makes this accolade even better is that it’s the fourth company culture win for Dynatrace in the past month alone. The Best Places to Work in Boston recognition follows three other awards Dynatrace earned in December:
- The 2019 Comparably Award for Best Company Culture. Last year was the second year in a row that Dynatrace was picked out of tens of thousands of companies by Comparably as one of its Best Company Culture winners. Our ranking placed us among other industry leaders like Microsoft, Starbucks, Google and Zoom.
- The 2019 Comparably Award for Best CEO. Also for the second straight year, John Van Siclen ranked among Comparably’s best CEOs for 2019. Comparably award winners are chosen on submitted employee feedback, making both of these awards a testament to Dynatrace’s commitment toward creating a dynamic workplace that runs on innovative thinking and growth. In fact, many of the employees quoted by Comparably for these award wins cited the opportunities for growth and learning new things, a passionate and involved leadership team, and a positive and enjoyable workplace, as reasons for nominating Dynatrace and John Van Siclen in these award categories.
- A 2019 Top Workplaces recognition by The Detroit Free Press. Rounding out the 2019 company culture wins was a Top Workplaces win awarded to us by The Detroit Free Press, which recognized our Detroit office for its cutting-edge workplace culture and opportunities.
Keeping the momentum going through 2020
These awards demonstrate Dynatrace is starting the New Year and new decade with a positive foot forward, and a commitment to continue to improve. These recognitions reflect a lasting and successful commitment to investing in an innovative company culture that isn’t just making work easier, better and more satisfying for our customers, but for ourselves too.
These wins are a credit to the outstanding contributions made by every person at Dynatrace – so let’s keep it going! I can’t wait to see what more achievements we manage to earn as the rest of the year unfolds.
