Event Regulations
§ 1 [Preliminary provisions]
- This regulation (hereafter referred to as "Regulations") defines the rules and mode of conducting the event named - Discussion Panel: AI Innovators CEE (hereafter referred to as "Event"), whose organizer is ChallengeRocket Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Rzeszów, Plac Wolności 13/2, 35-073, office@challengerocket.com), Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8133727946, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 365462321, National Court Register (KRS) 0000638669 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- Registration for the Event is carried out using the ChallengeRocket Platform online by November 16, 2023.
- Participation in the Event is possible only after accepting the terms of these Regulations.
§ 2 [Conditions of participation in the Event]
- The Event is intended for individuals who, at the time of applying for participation in the Event, meet the following conditions: have reached the age of 18, have a residence on the territory of the Republic of Poland, have full legal capacity, have read the content of these Regulations and have accepted its provisions.
- Participation in the Event is free of charge and voluntary.
- In order to participate, it is necessary to fill out the appropriate registration form via the Platform.
- Participation in the Event can only be taken individually. Participants apply to participate in the Event in their own name.
§ 3 [Processing of personal data]
- The administrator of personal data of the Event Participants within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"), obtained during registration for the Event and during the Event, is the Organizer.
- Personal data of the Event Participants will be processed for the purpose of registering participation in the Event.
- Participants' data may be available to entities supporting the Organizer in order to conduct the Event.
- Providing personal data by the Event Participant is voluntary, but it is necessary to participate in the Event due to its nature and manner of conduct.
- Participants' data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the objectives of the Event and its conduct.
- The Organizer ensures the implementation of the rights of the Event Participants with regard to the processed personal data, i.e., the right to access data, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to processing, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time - to the extent that processing is based on the Participant's consent.

§4 [Final provisions]
- The rules of the Event are defined by these Regulations. All information about the Event available in advertising materials is for informational purposes only. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Copyright and Related Rights Act apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations if it is dictated by important reasons independent of the Organizer.
- The Organizer will inform the Participant about the change of the Regulations electronically and will post the Regulations in the new wording on the Event page.
- The Organizer is not liable for any property or non-property damage caused by the Participant as a result of participating in the Event or as a result and in connection with the awarding or non-awarding of the Prize. The Participant bears full responsibility for the damage caused.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or remove content that violates generally applicable legal rules during the Event.
- The Participant may submit reservations concerning the Event.
- Complaints may be reported via office@challengerocket.com.
- Complaints concerning the ChallengeRocket Platform should be directed to the platform operator in accordance with the platform's terms of use.
- Complaints are recognized immediately. If it is not possible to deal with the complaint within the indicated period, the Organizer will inform the submitter, stating the reason for the extension of the deadline and the anticipated time for a response.
