§ 1 [Preliminary Provisions]
- These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of participation in the event JOB HAKU – Japanese Job Expo | Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").
- The Event takes place on November 28, 2025, at the Centralny Dom Technologii, ul. Krucza 50, Warsaw, Poland.
- The Event is organized by Pasona Group Inc., a company with limited liability duly incorporated under the laws of Japan, with its principal office at 3-1-30 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-8351, Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- The Event may be carried out in cooperation with technical and promotional partners, including local entities supporting organization and promotion in Poland.
- Participation in the Event is voluntary and free of charge, subject to prior registration via the official registration system provided by the Organizer or its partners.
§ 2 [Conditions of Participation]
- The Event is open to natural persons over the age of 18.
- Participants must register via the official Event registration system and accept these Regulations.
- Employees of the Organizer and companies directly engaged in the Event organization may not participate in recruitment activities as candidates.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove Participants from the Event in cases of:
a) behavior violating the law or good manners,
b) actions that disrupt the Event,
c) failure to comply with staff instructions.
§ 3 [Rules of the Event]
- Participants are obliged to follow the organizational guidelines and respect the rules of the venue.
- The Organizer is not responsible for recruitment outcomes – final decisions regarding employment are solely at the discretion of exhibiting companies.
§ 4 [Intellectual Property and Image]
- By participating in the Event, Participants consent to the use of their image (photos, video recordings) by the Organizer for documentation and promotional purposes related to the Event.
§ 5 [Processing of Personal Data]
- The controller of personal data of Event Participants is the Organizer.
- Personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
- registration and participation in the Event,
- organization of recruitment meetings and workshops,
- promotion and communication regarding the Event,
- awarding prizes (if applicable).
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Event.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer, and object to the processing of their data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

§ 6 [Final Provisions]
- All information about the Event published in promotional materials is for information purposes only.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons beyond its control. The updated version will be published on the Event website.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, material or non-material, resulting from participation in the Event, unless caused by willful misconduct of the Organizer.
- Complaints regarding the Event may be submitted to the Organizer via the contact e-mail provided and will be processed without undue delay.
