Students, watch out! If you are interested in transportation and traffic control devices this challenge is just for you! The ATSSA members are looking for roadway safety innovations. The key is to design connected and autonomous traffic control solution to boost work zone safety. Both vehicle and non-vehicle based systems may be considered. Join and have a chance to win up to $2,000!
You are welcome to take part in the challenge if you are:
- an individual,
- a high school team,
- junior college and university students (graduate or undergraduate).
All of you should be keen in transportation, human factors, graphic design, technology or related areas. Participants will have the opportunity to show their projects to a public forum. Three winning teams will present their ideas at ATSSA Traffic Talks - national transportation forums.
