Participation in the competitive event is open to start-ups, companies, individual teams and universities with a relevant to the AccorHotels event theme solution.

The event will start on 15th of December at 8:30 am in Novotel Warszawa Airport (1 Sierpnia 1, Warsaw).

Yes, the winner will have the opportunity to pitch at the Central Innovation Unit in Paris and develop its solution within AccorHotels. The contestants will retain all intellectual property ownership of projects presented during AccorHotels events. All legal terms of using and deployment of the winning solution will be individually discuss with the Organizer.

The winning team will have the opportunity to pitch at the Central Innovation Unit in Paris and will develop its solution within AccorHotels in Eastern Europe. Alternatively, the winning team can choose the €2000 cash prize.

The prizes cannot be exchanged, either for a monetary equivalent or for a prize other than the one granted.

All prizes will be delivered within 14 business days of the Organizer or Administrator’s receipt of the required forms in a complete and correct manner.

Yes, the AccorHotels competitive event is dedicated to start-ups/companies/universities or individual team who have ready to implement solutions or advanced prototypes.

If the Organizer, the Administrator, or the Judges, at their discretion, deem any project/idea to be unacceptable, then this project/idea shall be disqualified. In particular, projects will not be accepted and may be disqualified if they: ● are illegal, depict hatred or adopt offensive or derogatory attitudes towards any specific race, ethnic group, or culture; ● are offensive or derogatory towards the Organizer or Administrator; ● might adversely affect the reputation and goodwill of the Organizer or Administrator; ● cast the Organizer in a false, derogatory, or negative light; ● contain obscene language, pornography or depict sexual activity; ● incite violence and are not in good taste; ● demonstrate a lack of respect for public morals or conduct.

All submissions must be in English. The event will also be conducted in English

Yes, you will retain Intellectual Property ownership of your project.

No, to participate in the event, you have to be aged 18 years or older.

No, all travel costs must be covered by the Participant.
