  Bartosz is a director in the Polish office of Accenture and is responsible for the area of data and artificial intelligence (Data&Analytics) in the consulting department, as well as for the financial services sector. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology and is also certified by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Master Data Architect. Bartosz has over 20 years of experience in implementing consulting and implementation projects, of which 17 years of dealing with the broadly understood area of data and their use to build the value of enterprises. During his many years of career, he has cooperated with clients from the finance, telecommunications and modern technologies, energy and public services sectors. During his career, he was also a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology.

• Tomasz Mostowski

  At Accenture, he manages the Data&AI team that helps organizations transform data into value. During his professional career, he carried out projects for organizations in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Great Britain, building advanced statistical and machine learning models. Its Data Science solutions are used in risk assessment, financial flow forecasting, personalization engines and data monetization. Currently, he is involved in intelligent automation of model management processes and the use of generative artificial intelligence. A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. Long-time lecturer, including: as part of postgraduate studies "Statistical Methods in Business" at WNE UW and Digital Transformation at SGH.

• Jan Maria Kowalski

  SpeachLeash.org

  A manager and expert in one person with 20 years of experience in IT, develops R&D teams and implements innovative solutions in the field of automation, data analytics, AI and cloud services. The author of probably the first hyperautomation strategy on the Polish market, which he successfully implements in a large universal bank. He uses artificial intelligence on a daily basis and builds tools for document processing, conversation analysis, violation detection and process automation. Involved in the development of artificial intelligence and open language models in Poland (speakleash.org).

• Michał Jaworski

  Microsoft

  The longest-serving employee of the Polish branch of Microsoft, where he has been working since September 1994 year, currently as Director of National Technology officer). He also serves as a Member of the Management Board of Microsoft sp. z o.o. (since 2013). Regularly publishes in "IT Professional" and "IT in Administration". Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Precision Mechanics (1985). If he came back from his trip then means he's already planning the next one. He would love to find time for another book or a longer walk wtih his dog.

• Barbara Sobkowiak

  GFT

  She has been involved in data analysis, machine learning and AI for over ten years. She skillfully combines technical knowledge with business vision, ensuring that each project is executed according to good practices and that the machine learning model accurately reflects the real needs and expectations of the users. The specialist, who helps implement solutions from the business side as well. She has experience managing a data science team and delivering ML end-to-end projects on both on-premise and cloud platforms. She specializes in explaining the intricacies of algorithms in a way that anyone can understand, regardless of technical knowledge. She supports the Poznan branch of Women in Machine Learning and Data Science (WiMLDS), whose mission is to help women working in data science. In her free time, she discovers the secrets of squash or explores the world - preferably from the deck of a sailing boat.

• Marcin Kowalski

  A Technical University of Lodz graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics and postgraduate management studies at SWPS in Warsaw. He has been in IT for 20 years and at GFT Poland for 10 years, always on the boundary between technology and business. During his career, he served as a consultant to clients from all over the world - both local and global leaders, focusing on the financial industry. Currently holds the position of CTO at GFT Polska, responsible for the organization's technological strategy and Go-To-Market activities. Manages a team of several dozen key domain experts. Specialist and practitioner in using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in business. He shares his experience building products, digital services, and IT teams in his original podcast-Piątech.
