The purpose of this project is so that the computer can calculate the user's/patient's BMI just by their weight and height. Obesity is the number one disease in the US and I think it is important to be able to have programs that can calculate BMI. Hopefully, there will be individualized machines that people can own so they can check their BMI more often than they usually do.
