This is just an initial demonstration of a drone sporting a Jetson TX1 which is being controlled remotely via voice commands on an Apple Watch.
Currently working with Imitation Learning and Deep reinforcement learning to get the drone to navigate across houla hoops and other objects as part of an obstacle course all with the help of a few sensors and stereo cameras.
Also looking at the possibility of utilising event based cameras for high speed obstacle avoidance manoeuvres.
The video demonstration was captured a year ago against a version of the drone sporting a Jetson TX1 and a different frame but the new version sports a Jetson TX2.
