Introduction
Two years ago, the uncle of one of us got badly hurt in a big car crash and died in the transfer from a province medical center to a capital hospital. What happened? After being taken to the first medical center, because of the lack of neurology specialist, he was sent to the capital city what involved to return to the crash site. All this process along with the large number of casualties and wounded took four hours more than being taken directly to the city. Hours of vital importance, not just for him but also for a lot of dead people on the way.
In Arequipa, our native city, and many other cities of Peru, hearing large numbers of casualties and wounded people in car crashes is usual. Consequently, there are incomplete families, orphans and deep grief and sorrow.
Problem
Lack of communication in transfer of patients and between health centers during emergencies in Peru, causing unexpected deaths and sorrow.

- Notifies the medical center of the arrival of new patient so the specialist can be there avoiding waiting.
- Gives the best route to the emergency point and medical centers
- Alerts closer drivers, traffic lights and the police that an emergency vehicle is coming.
- Request more units if needed.
